How much does it cost to register at ForeverSpree?
Absolutely ZERO cost ! Registration with ForeverSpree is FREE! Once you are registered, you may be able to login your account and view all your order details. On top of that, get updated with the latest promotion, sales, savings and more. |

How much does your service cost?
ForeverSpree has not implemented service fee yet. Meaning? Yes !! 0% Service Fee. However, we do charge a handling fee of SGD 1 per item. In total, you will be paying for the Items you buy ,Shipping charges, Postal charges and handling charges. Thats all !! |

Why are you charging 0% service fee when other spree organizers are charging 4-5 % Service charges?
When Spree organizers provide spree service, most of them charge a service / concierge charge of X% of your total cost of items purchased. And of top of that, items handling fee too. After doing a little calculation, shoppers do save more by joining sprees despite paying for the service and handling charges.
ForeverSpree also acknowledge these charges and feels that reasonable service charge is necessary. However, ForeverSpree will not be charging Service charge just yet.
WHY?
ForeverSpree sees the need for shoppers, like you, to acknowledge that ForeverSpree deserves the service charge that you are paying. =) We understand the fustration that you may have put up with, despite paying for service charge. Fancy going for a meal at a restaurant and the service is really bad. Worst of all, they charged you for the service (10%) ??? I mean, come on.. We people at ForeverSpree also have such experiences. That is why, we decided not to implement service charge for our service yet.
ForeverSpree wants our shoppers to enjoy spreeing with us. But you wouldn’t know our standard of service although we can tell you that we do provide you great service! =) So to have a win-win situation, we decided not to charge our shoppers with service fees.
Then what is Handling Fee?
Handling fee is for the handling of your items when they reach singapore. We have to sort your items and then get them ready to be either mailed to you or deliver to your doorstep using our home delivery service. Currently, we charge SGD 1 per item.
What about Blog / Forum sprees?
Of course, we are aware that some individuals are offering their services for free at some forums which often make one wonder why. Think about it - tediously organizing a spree at own expenses without any charges for the time and efforts involved? One valid explanation we can come up for is that they are shoppers who wanted to reduce their overall shopping cost. However, we are puzzled to see the same few organizers repeatedly. Do they really have so many things to buy every time? It is up to your judgment. |

Of course !!We welcome you to do so. Just email us the discount code to us using our contact us form. However, please do allow us to share it with your fellow participtants. |

Is there a minimum amount I need to place for an order?
NO!! We basically accept any amount orders. In fact, we encourage more shoppers to participate. This is because, the more people join, the faster the batch will reach its capped amount. This means that ForeverSpree will be able to place the orders with the merchants FASTER ! No matter the amount you order, Your shipping charges will be split accordingly among other partcipants. |

How do I place my order?
You need to be a registered member of ForeverSpree in order to place an order. Once you are registered, browse through the merchants to check out their items. When you have set your eyes on any item, simply click on our "Order Form" and place your order.
ForeverSpree allows shoppers to order from different merchants in one purchase transaction.Just add the items into your shopping cart. Thus, you can track your purchase progress easily. It will be like joining multiple merchant sprees under One transaction. |

Where can I check the exchange rate?
You can see our exchange rate under each merchants profile. You did not register yet? No worries, you can refer to our exchange rate post in our blog at :

Our exchange rates includes the Visa / Mastercard charges and bank administrative charges. Thus, do not be shocked and thought that ForeverSpree is using a higher exchange rate. We have include the charges that will be incurred during the foreign currency exchange used for purchasing the items. |

I am unable to find the spree merchant whom I want to buy from, what should I do?
No worries, recommend the merchant to us using our contact form. We will review and screen the merchant, hence subjecting to approval. |

If I am the only participant in a spree, will you still proceed with my order?
Normally we will order only when the batch has reached the minimum capped amount. However, upon shoppers' request, we may order the items before that. The only difference is US domestic shipping charges will not be shared. ForeverSpree may combine your order with other spree orders available at its own discretion. This will still allow you to share your International shipping charges with others. Only under circumstances where there are no other spree orders available to share your International shipping charges, you may have to incur the total shipping charges.

Do I have to wait till the cap is reached before you can proceed with my order?
Yes, this is in order to maximise your potential savings with other participants. Alternatively, should you wish to have your items earlier nontheless, you may put in your request to us. We will process your order if the minimum requirements of the merchant’s promotion (should there be any) is met with other participants. Please note that this option is subjected to approval, in view of fairness to other participants. |

How do I know if my order has been successfully submitted to you?
Once you have submitted your order through our order form successfully, you will be able to see your orders under "My Purchases". You can also find the First and Second Payment amount for your purchases. |

If I have second thoughts after payment, can I cancel my order and have my refund?
As long as ForeverSpree has not placed the orders with the merchants, ForeverSpree allows shoppers to seek for a refund and cancel of order. Any Orders that have been placed with the merchants are not negotiable for refunds and cancelling of orders. |

What happens if the item which I wanted is out-of-stock after payment has been made to you?
Out-of-stock items are more common during sales/promotions and we understand your disappointment. ForeverSpree will contact you as soon as we found out that the items are Out-of-stock. Please reply asap for your desired actions. If we receive no reply, we will omit the out-of-stock item and proceed with the available items. Any excess payment will be used to offset the Second Payment Amount.

What are the accepted modes of payment?
You can transfer payment funds to ForeverSpree Bank Accounts using:
- Internet Banking
- ATM Transfer
*Please note that we will not have any receipt number or identity of yours reflected on our account statement. Therefore, if there are many transactions on the day, it will caused serious delay for your account to be credited with the amount if it was not informed to us immediately after payment.
After any transfer of payment to ForeverSpree, we requires shoppers to submit to us the transfer transactions details. Date & time of transfer, transaction reference number and IB Nick (if applicable).
You are required to submit these details through our system. You can find the link under "My Purchase" - "Notices" .

How will I be charged?
There will be 2 payments for every purchase transaction.
As the international shipping charges depend on the items ordered, the exact shipping charges will be finalized after the items are ordered and sent to the courier service.
ForeverSpree will collect an intial shipping fee for per item ordered. This initial shipping fee is normally SGD 1 to SGD 4 depending on the type of items.
The cost of item ordered will be converted to SGD using the exchange rates set by ForeverSpree.
Please take note that the Product Price will be the price AFTER any merchant discount and is per Item. (For example, If you are buying 2 for $10, please enter 5 for Product Price and 2 for quantity.) However, in cases where the promotion ends or the merchant deny the discounts at their discretion, ForeverSpree will email shoppers about the situation. Should the shoppers decide not to buy, ForeverSpree will then refund the shoppers. For Refund details, Please refer to ForeverSpree Refund Policy.
Shoppers that are looking for Limited Time Offers from merchants are recommended to group along friends or other shoppers to order from the same batch. So when the batches complete faster, We will be able to order quickly and you will be able to enjoy the discounts!!

First Payment = Sum of Cost of items (in SGD) After Discount + Sum of Initial Shipping Fees
For Example :
Lets say you bought Item A at US $10 and Item B at US$20 After merchant discount of 20%.
The initial Shipping Fees are SGD3 and SGD4 respectively.
The USD-SGD exchange rate is 1.42.
Calculation of First Payment :
Sum of Cost of Items (SGD) After Discount = (10 X 1.42) + (20 X 1.42)
= SGD 42.60
Sum of initial Shipping Fees (SGD) = 3+4
= SGD 7
First Payment (SGD) = Sum of Cost of Items (SGD) After Discount + Sum of initial Shipping Fees (SGD)
= SGD 49.60
Please Note that your order will only be confirmed after you have made the First Payment. Please kindly make the transfer within 12 hours after submitting your order with us. Any transaction that did not make the First Payment after 12 hours will be applicable for Batch Demotion.
Once you have made the First Payment, login to ForeverSpree and go to My Purchases to submit the Transaction Reference Number of the fund transfer. ForeverSpree will then verify the transfer within 24 hours. If there is any discrepancies in the payment, you will receive a notification email from us to rectify the issue.
ForeverSpree Does all these Calculations For You. For our transparent operations, we have listed down how these calculations are made.
This payment includes the remaining International Shipping Cost (includes GST if applicable) , Sales Tax (if Applicable), GST Charges (if applicable), Postal Charges, Handling Fees, First Payment excess due to Merchant Discount (if Applicable) and redemption of ForeverSpree reward (if Applicable).
When your purchased items are shipped to Singapore, ForeverSpree will consolidate the items and hold them until all items that you have ordered in that particular transaction have arrived. Once you have made Second Payment to us, we will deliver your items to you by your chosen delivery method.
The Second Payment will be calculated as below :
For example :
You purchase items A,B and C from 3 different merchants respectively. These items will be in batches of the merchants respectively. That means, item A could be in batch 2 of merchant A , item B could be in batch 1 or merchant B and so on.
For each batch ordered, there will be a finalized international shipping cost in SGD, (Cost1, Cost2, Cost3)
To calculate how much you need to pay for item A shipping cost out of Cost 1, a ratio R1 is used.
R1 = cost of item A / total cost of items in Batch
Thus, you need to pay SGD (R1 X Cost1) for Item A Shipping Fee.
The same goes for Items B and Items C.
Therefore ,
Second Payment = SGD (R1 X Cost1) + SGD (R2 X Cost2) + SGD (R3 X Cost3) + SGD(Postal Charges for Items A,B & C) +
SGD(Handling Fees for Items A.B,C) + GST (if applicable) + Sales Tax (if Applicable) - Initial Shipping Fees - First Payment excess due to Discount (if Applicable)
Please Note that the finalized international Shipping Cost for all batches may include any taxes (eg. service , GST) that is applicable.
My Purchases
Once your purchases are ready for second payment, there will be a notice for you to submit the transaction reference number of the fund transfer of the Second Payment. You can find this notice under “My Purchases“.
Please Kindly make payment to us so that we can verify the fund transfer and prepare to deliver your purchases.
Delivery
Once the transfer of Second Payment has been verified, ForeverSpree will send your purchases to the Address that you have provided during the registration process.

How long will my delivery take?
To maximise your savings, all sprees will be using the cheapest shipping option. In general, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- U.S domestic shipping time (Average: 5-7 business days)
- International shipping time (4-6 business days)
- Local shipping time (1-3 business days)
Thus, you can generally expect your goods to reach you in about 10-16 business days (2-3 weeks). |

Can I know my shipping charges in advanced?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine the exact charges as we do not have the package information (size and weight) until the package have arrived to us. |

Why is International shipping charges calculated based on item’s price and not according to weight?
Imagine if a participant ordered a polo shirt for $79, he/she would have taken up 40% of the Spree limit. As a result, fewer people can join the Spree which would mean higher shipping since lesser people can split shipping charges. Hence, as a fair distribution, International shipping charges is calculated in ratio to items’ value.
Do rest assured that as your Spree Organizer, we will always split the shipping charges as fairly as possible because this is our mission. We may factor in weight and prices on a case by case basis. |

What is a registered article?
Registered article is a service provided by the post office which allows your package to be traceable with a fee of SGD$2.50. This will significantly reduce the risk of non-delivery. Hence, we strongly recommend this option. You have the following choices for us the delivery your items to you.
+ Normal Mailing
+ Registered Mailing ( Add SGD 2.50 to normal mailing cost)
+ Forever Spree Home Delivery (Flat rate of SGD 8 per purchase transaction)
Please note that registered article option is also required for all bulky items as required by the post office. |

Will I be charged for GST?
GST is ony applicable when an order combined is above SGD$400 ( inclusive of shipping charges and sales tax if applicable). ForeverSpree will compute whether incurring GST will result in more savings as shipping of items are grouped. |

Will I be charged for US sales tax?
ForeverSpree will be using VPOST and Borderlinx. Certain merchants do not accept Bordelinx's US address. Thus, VPOST will be used. There are both pros and cons of each service.
VPOST US address is in Oregon. Thus, no sales tax will be charged. However, Borderlinx's US address is in Ohio. Thus, sales tax will be charged.
How to make choices between the two?
Savings of course! ForeverSpree will use whichever service that will result in more savings. Under circumstances such that merchants do not allow any one of the services, ForeverSpree will then use the other service. |
