Before we start on our updates, we will like to clarify certain things with our shoppers.
Some of you may be wondering why the batch order date is not updated after the batch has completed. Did ForeverSpree actually place the order? OF Course we did.. =)
Updating of Batch Order Date
When Orders are placed with the respective merchants, the order is still in pending status. Meaning the merchant can still cancel the order. Most of these merchants take a few business days to PROCESS the order. Once confirmed, they will then email us to notify us that the order is confirmed, ForeverSpree is being charged for the items and the items are ready to be shipped.
Only then, we will update the Batch Order Date.
Some times, after the merchants process the order, they will inform us that certain items are Out Of Stock (OOS). Even though the items were reflected as IN-STOCK when the order is placed. We will notify our affected shoppers. There is nothing much we can do because the merchant will have processed the rest of the order. For shoppers who have experienced such issues, we thank you for you understanding that it is beyond ForeverSpree Control.
Updating of Batch Sent Date
After the merchant shipped out the items, days will be needed to shipped the items to ForeverSpree US address (VPOST or Borderlinx). From there, Another few days are needed to process the received items and then prompt us for payment.
Once we have made payment for the shipping charges, the items will then be shipped to Singapore. (Another few days).
This is the point where ForeverSpree updates the Batch Sent Date.
Updating of Batch Arrive Date
When the items arrive at Singapore, another few days are needed to process them and clear Singapore customs. After which the items will be sent to ForeverSpree.
This is where ForeverSpree updates the batch Arrive Date, together with the finalized batch shipping charges. The update of the batch Shipping charges is together with the update of the batch arrive date. Thus there will be a delay if the batch shipping charges takes a while to reflect on ForeverSpree credit card.
However, we will post the arrival of the batch in ForeverSpree blog. After the charges have been updated, ForeverSpree will proceed to package those orders that are completed and calculate the postage cost.
Once all charges are computed (Refunds, postage, outstanding charges), Our shoppers will then be notified of the second payment.
