We will like to inform you that ForeverSpree have removed all November Stale orders.
What are Stale Orders?
Stale orders refer to orders that payments have not been made after a period of time. Stale orders may affect the operations of the sprees batches. Sprees batches remaining amount may not be accurate as Stale Orders are still in the batches.
What is going to be done?
ForeverSpree has decided to do a “Spring Cleaning” on orders every fortnightly. Orders that are more than 2 weeks old, with payments not made, will be removed from the system. Do kindly note that the shoppers will not be informed of the removal of the orders.
Please kindly note that this will only affect Orders that payments are not made.
ForeverSpree will like to thank shoppers who have contacted us to cancel their orders. In this way, we are able to keep our system up to date with orders from shoppers that are keen to spree in the respective batches.
Merchant Requests
We thank our shoppers for the suggestions on the merchants sprees request. We will be adding more merchant sprees soon.
Why we did not add them in immediately?
ForeverSpree will attempt to contact the customer service of the merchants to find out more on the ordering process. Also, we do not want to handle a huge group of merchants, and results in the drop in our service. Thus, we are looking at expanding the merchant database phase by phase.
Local Merchants
Love to spree US merchants? How about our own local Singapore merchants? ForeverSpree is in the process of developing a Local Merchant platform so as to allow shoppers to have more choices, both overseas and local deals !!
