Thank you for your kind patience and wait. We were waiting for the refunds for the shipping that was charged to ForeverSpree card and also to obtain the exchange rate to be reflected in our statements.

In February, when ForeverSpree placed the order for ELF Batch 6, the exchange rate (inclusive of bank admin and mastercard/visa charges) is 1.5334.

The package was confimed lost by march , and the claims from DHL dragged till towards the end of April. Following that is the claim from Borderlinx for refund for the shipping charges for ELF Batch 6 which we have paid to Borderlinx.

Exchange Rate LOSS

Please kindly note that the exchange rate for the refunds by DHL is 1.4972.

Meaning, through this transaction, there is a loss of 1.5334 – 1.4972 = 0.0362 in exchange rate

This is because the refunds are made pertaining to the US dollar amount. Thus, there is this loss in exchange rate.

Shoppers in ELF Batch 6, please kindly note that the exchange rate for any refunds will be @ 1.4838.

Please kindly understand that the loss of package by DHL Singapore is not within our control. We have claim the refunds for our shoppers. However, there is an exchange rate loss which will be bear by shoppers. We thank you for your kind understanding.

We will be contacting our shoppers regarding their choice of actions :

1. CANCEL Order and REFUND ( Exchange rate at 1.4838, Sum of initial shipping charges)

2. Move the purchase and order it in the latest ELF batch.

Good News!! =)

Finally, DHL has processed the claims and has issued the settlement check.

Borderlinx has contacted ForeverSpree notifying us that they have received the check. However, the check has to be passed on to the billing department for processing, to raise a refund. Thus, we still have to wait.

Dear Shoppers,

After such a long wait for the claims to be done by DHL and Borderlinx, it seems that the matter should be able to resolve soon.

Apparantly, DHL requested for a shipping invoice from Borderlinx but Borderlinx did not send the correct one. As such, both parties were waiting for each other as there were no initiatives to find out more on the delay.

After constant probing by ForeverSpree, emailing both parties in the same email, it has come to light that what DHL has requested for, after which Borderlinx provided DHL with the right document.

After the submission of the document, DHL processed the claims and will be sending out the settlement check. According to Borderlinx, DHL inform them that DHL will be sending out the check by end of last week. Which means, Borderlinx SHOULD receive it soon.

Dear Shoppers,

Please kindly note that ELF BATCH 6 package is MISSING by DHL SINGAPORE.

Details as shown below :

On Tuesday, 24/02/09, we receive a phone call by DHL customer service to notify us that our package (ELF Batch 6) is MISSING!!

According to DHL, The items have arrived in Singapore. On the date of delivery, the delivery man put all items into his truck, stating that he has double checked the items were there.

However, when he is about to deliver to ForeverSpree delivery address, he could not find the items in his truck.

DHL has made a POLICE REPORT on this matter and is investigating it. At the same time, DHL is now communicating with Borderlinx on the claims.

Please kindly note that ForeverSpree has stressed to DHL that we demand a full refund of the cost of items and the Shipping charges which we have already paid for using ForeverSpree Credit Card.

After we have received a full refund of the cost of goods and shipping charges, ForeverSpree will then place the order of ELF Batch 6 again, using VPOST as the courier.

This is an unforseen circumstances and we thank our shoppers for their kind understanding. ForeverSpree on our part, is pressurising DHL and Borderlinx to resolve this matter asap and refunds all charges, in full, to us.

We also like to seek your understanding on the time needed to resolve this matter. Once the matter is resolved and all funds are refunded, we will notify shoppers in this batch and place the order for ELF batch 6 again.

We are sorry for the delay due to this unexpected LOSS by DHL Singapore.
