ForeverSpree accepts payments from shoppers through Internet Banking Transfer and ATM Transfer.

There are primarily TWO payments to be made for every purchase transaction.

First Payment

The First Payment consists of the items prices and the Initial Shipping Fees for each item that you have ordered. You only need to make payment after you have selected your choice of delivery method and confirming your order. Under “My Purchases”, you will be prompted the First Payment amount. Make the fund transfer of that amount to ForeverSpree.

Second Payment

Once all the batches that consists of all your purchased items have arrived, the Second Payment will be calculated.
The Second Payment will include the remaining Shipping Fees, Delivery Charges, Handling Charges of the Items, GST (if Applicable) and sales Tax (if Applicable). Similarly, under “My Purchases”, you will be prompted the Second Payment amount. Make the fund transfer of that amount to ForeverSpree.

For Both of the Funds Transfers, take note of the following:

(a) Transaction Reference Number
(b) Date and Time of Transfer
(c) Internet Banking Nick ( for Internet banking transaction ONLY )

Submit these information as soon as you have done the transfer. ForeverSpree will verify your payment based on these details you have provided.

To ensure that your orders are purchased smoothly and purchases are delivered promptly, ForeverSpree kindly urge shoppers to make the right payment amount and submit accurate fund transfer details.

ForeverSpree allows shoppers to order items from different merchants under one purchase transaction. Simply add the items to the same shopping cart and confirm your purchases. Your orders will reflect in the repective batches of the merchants.

Want to know the status or your purchases? ForeverSpree allows Shoppers to view the status of the batches that the ordered items are in. You will be able to track the following details :

1. Batch Completed Date
2. Batch Order Date
3. Batch Sent By Merchant Date
4. Batch Arrived in Singapore Date

If you order from multiple merchants, ForeverSpree will hold on to your items until all items have arrived from the respective merchants. Once all items have arrived, Second payment will be calculated. Once second payment is made to ForeverSpree, we will deliver your purchase according to your choice of delivery method.

Picture a scenario where by you have already selected your choice of items that you want to buy at a shop. You are already at the cashier waiting to make your payment. However, you just cannot pay for your purchases because the shop’s attendant is unable to find the right product code to register! Frustrating right?

At ForeverSpree, to avoid such a scenario from happening, always ensure that the following details of the items you want to buy are entered accurately :

1. Product Code
2. Product Name
3. Product Price
4. Quantity you want to buy
5. Size ( if needed )
6. Color (if needed)

Please take note that the Product Price will be the price AFTER any merchant discount and is per Item. (For example, If you are buying 2 for $10, please enter 5 for Product Price and 2 for quantity.) However, in cases where the promotion ends or the merchant deny the discounts at their discretion, ForeverSpree will email shoppers about the situation. Should the shoppers decide not to buy, ForeverSpree will then refund the shoppers. For Refund details, Please refer to ForeverSpree Refund Policy.

Shoppers that are looking for Limited Time Offers from merchants are recommended to group along friends or other shoppers to order from the same batch. So when the batches complete faster, We will be able to order quickly and you will be able to enjoy the discounts!!

Once you have entered the details into the order form, add the items into your Shopping Cart. At this point of time, no order has been made yet. So if you have realised that the information you provided is not correct, just simply remove from the shopping cart and order the item again.

After you have completed your order, do a fund transfer for the First Payment. This amount have been calcuated for you. You make do your own calculation to verify the amount before making the payment. Contact us if there is any problems with the amount to be paid.

Once the batch of the Spree is ready, ForeverSpree will then place orders with the respective merchants using the Product Codes you have provided. We will then check if the Product Name and Price matches with what you have provided. If it matches, ForeverSpree will then place the order with the quantity you have provided. Additional information such as Size and Color will be used when needed as some items do not have such options.

In situation where there are discrepancies, such as the details do not match, ForeverSpree WILL NOT place any order. We will contact you to verify the purchase though email. Thus, its important that you provide an accurate email.

ForeverSpree will also NOT place an order IF the payment amount that you have transferred is incorrect. Read more on Payment Guidelines here.

During the registration process, ForeverSpree requires shoppers to provide contact information and other optional details.

Accurate contact information is required so that at any time, ForeverSpree may contact you regarding your purchases or deliveries.

Important Contact Details:

1. Email Address
– This is the main form of communication with ForeverSpree. An invalid Email address may result in a delay of your ordering of items and the delivery of your purchases. ForeverSpree will need to contact shoppers in the event of :
(a) Items that cannot be purchased from merchants (restricted items)
(b) Payment Issues to ForeverSpree
(c) Delivery Issues (Inaccurate address or timing of ForeverSpree Home Delivery
(d) Refunds to Shoppers from ForeverSpree

2. Shopper’s Residential Address
– Providing accurate Address will enable ForeverSpree to deliver your long awaited purchases to you as soon as possible. In any case where the details are provided wrongly, Shoppers will have to make another payment for postal or home delovery charges. This is because ForeverSpree would have attempted to mail or deliver the purchase to you according to the address you have provided during registration.

3. Shopper’s Name
– ForeverSpree requires Shoppers to provide us with your names as in your NRIC. This allows us to be able to contact the right person and any point of time during the use of ForeverSpree and for transaction records purposes. Purchases will also be mailed, ATTN to the name as provided during registration. No nick name is allowed to be used for this detail. We kindly urge shoppers to adhere to this.

Optional Information

To better serve you in your spreeing experience, it would be best if you are able to provide us with these details. Qualifying for Promotions may be based on these informations. For eg. Birthday promotions, promotions for different Occupations etc.

If you are opting for home delivery, it will be best if a contact number is provided so that we can contact u regarding the delivery date and time.

Confidentiality

ForeverSpree respect each and every shopper’s privacy. We will NEVER, at any point of time, disclose your contact details to any third party. Your information provided will be solely used for transactions with, and only with ForeverSpree.
