WHY?

ForeverSpree sees the need for shoppers, like you, to acknowledge that ForeverSpree deserves the service charge that you are paying. =) We understand the fustration that you may have put up with, despite paying for service charge. Fancy going for a meal at a restaurant and the service is really bad. Worst of all, they charged you for the service (10%) ??? I mean, come on.. We people at ForeverSpree also have such experiences. That is why, we decided not to implement service charge for our service yet.

ForeverSpree wants our shoppers to enjoy spreeing with us. But you wouldn’t know our standard of service although we can tell you that we do provide you great service! =) So to have a win-win situation, we decided not to charge our shoppers with service fees.

Then what is Handling Fee?

Handling fee is for the handling of your items when they reach singapore. We have to sort your items and then get them ready to be either mailed to you or deliver to your doorstep using our home delivery service. Currently, we charge SGD 1 per item. Reasonable? Well, we do think it is, but you have to decide for yourself. =)

Are the items that can be ordered, Limited to the promotions as shown in International Merchants Sprees ?

No Way !! =) The posts shown in International Merchants Sprees is just to notify shoppers on the on going promotions and offers of the merchants.

For Time Limited offers, if a batch is unable to reach the minimum amount, shoppers who ordered will be notified if they will still want to buy. That means ForeverSpree would need to contact you ASAP. So please provide your mobile number if you are in for limited offers. So go on gather your fellow friends and shoppers to order together !! You can earn Reward Points and also ensure that the batches get ordered quickly. =)

Those items that are not under the promotions and offers, but are shown in the merchants’ websites, CAN also be ordered.

Remember : No criteria except prohibited items.

Please Note That :

Shoppers who purchase items that are bulky or occupies bigger volumetric weight may have to incur more share of the shipping charges. ( It’s fair this way as the that may account a bigger portion of the shipping charges )

ForeverSpree will always justify to shoppers the charges that are payable. We want this to be a transparent transaction. ForeverSpree does not charge shoppers with ambiguous payments. We only charge a handling Fee of SGD 1 per item. Please be assured that any payments will be clearly presented.

Birth Of Sprees

When more than one person would like to purchase items from a merchant, they can group their purchases and order from the merchant in 1 transactions. The International Shipping Cost will then be shared among the people in the group. Thus More Savings !!

The grouping of people together to make their purchases online is called a “SPREE”. A spree will be declared “open” by a person, known as a spree organizer, who will announce that he or she will be making purchases from a particular merchant. Other people who will like to make purchases from the same merchant can then send their orders to the spree organizer and make payment to the organizer through atm transfer or internet banking transfer.

The spree will “Close” when it reaches the capped amount or when the spree closing date set by the organizer has passed.

Usual Practice

Anyone who wants to join a spree has to make sure that the spree has not reached the capped amount. The cost of items has to be calculated individually and make sure that by ordering, the spree will not exceed the capped amount. To order from a few merchants, one has to join different sprees. Thus, having to manage different sprees to track their purchases.

Different sprees have different closing dates. Once the sprees are closed, no orders can be made. Anyone who wants to buy from that particular merchant has to wait for the spree to be open again by a spree organizer.
