Shoppers, please kindly note that for Aeropostale batch 28, Aeropostale packed the items in an oversized box which results in higher volumetric weight. This in turn increases the shipping charges.
The items were repacked by the courier at a fee of USD 10.
With the inclusion of the USD 10 repacking fee, the resulted shipping charges is still lower than the original shipping charge. We thank our shoppers for their kind understanding that packing of the items by the merchant is not within ForeverSpree control. Please kindly note that this amount is included in the shipping charges.
We will like to seek our shoppers kind understanding that such issues are not within ForeverSpree control. We have explicitly requested for compact packing for our orders.
We have updated our system the batch shipping charges. Shoppers who have made their purchases in Aeropostale Spree Batch 28, please login to ForeverSpree to check out the second payment charges. For shoppers who have also ordered items from other merchants, the second payment will be computed when all items have arrived
