For Batch 11, the shoes come in individual boxes. Go Jane packs all of the items into 1 big box for shipment despite the request for the items to be packed compactly.

This resulted in high International Shipping Charges as the volumetric weight is used to calculate the shipping charges.

As Volumetric weight is not an issue for the merchant who uses Ground delivery to deliver the items to ForeverSpree US address, the merchant do not need to pack the items as compact as possible. However, for the items to be shipped internationally to Singapore, the higher of the 2 weights, Volumetric or actual weight of items will be used to calculate the shipping charges.
