ForeverSpree is pleased to inform our shoppers that items from Go Jane Spree Batch 13 has arrived !!
For Batch 13, the shoes come in individual boxes. Go Jane packs all of the items into 1 big box for shipment despite the request for the items to be packed compactly.
This resulted in high International Shipping Charges as the volumetric weight is used to calculate the shipping charges.
As Volumetric weight is not an issue for the merchant who uses Ground delivery to deliver the items to ForeverSpree US address, the merchant do not need to pack the items as compact as possible. However, for the items to be shipped internationally to Singapore, the higher of the 2 weights, Volumetric or actual weight of items will be used to calculate the shipping charges.
We thank our shoppers for your kind understanding that packaging of the items is beyond ForeverSpree control.
Dear Shoppers, 2 out of 4 of the shoe boxes were found damaged when the box was first opened at ForeverSpree. The boxes were damaged and was contained in plastic bags together with the shoes. We have taken the pictures of the damaged boxes when the box was first opened.

We have updated our system the batch shipping charges. Shoppers who have made their purchases in Go Jane Spree Batch 13 , please login to ForeverSpree to check out the second payment charges. For shoppers who have also ordered items from other merchants, the second payment will be computed when all items have arrived
