Dear Shoppers,

Thank you for your kind patience and wait. We were waiting for the refunds for the shipping that was charged to ForeverSpree card and also to obtain the exchange rate to be reflected in our statements.

In February, when ForeverSpree placed the order for ELF Batch 6, the exchange rate (inclusive of bank admin and mastercard/visa charges) is 1.5334.

The package was confimed lost by march , and the claims from DHL dragged till towards the end of April. Following that is the claim from Borderlinx for refund for the shipping charges for ELF Batch 6 which we have paid to Borderlinx.

Exchange Rate LOSS

Please kindly note that the exchange rate for the refunds by DHL is 1.4972.

Meaning, through this transaction, there is a loss of 1.5334 – 1.4972 = 0.0362 in exchange rate

This is because the refunds are made pertaining to the US dollar amount. Thus, there is this loss in exchange rate.

Shoppers in ELF Batch 6, please kindly note that the exchange rate for any refunds will be @ 1.4838.

Please kindly understand that the loss of package by DHL Singapore is not within our control. We have claim the refunds for our shoppers. However, there is an exchange rate loss which will be bear by shoppers. We thank you for your kind understanding.

We will be contacting our shoppers regarding their choice of actions :

1. CANCEL Order and REFUND ( Exchange rate at 1.4838, Sum of initial shipping charges)

2. Move the purchase and order it in the latest ELF batch.

For Batch 9, All of the items ordered are shoes. The shoes come in individual boxes. As a result, Go Jane packs all of the shoe boxes into 1 big box for shipment :

This resulted in high International Shipping Charges as the volumetric weight is used to calculate the shipping charges.

Dear shoppers, do kindly note that shipping charges for shoes (with shoe boxes) are usually much higher.

As Volumetric weight is not an issue for the merchant who uses Ground delivery to deliver the items to ForeverSpree US address, the merchant do not need to pack the items as compact as possible. However, for the items to be shipped internationally to Singapore, the higher of the 2 weights, Volumetric or actual weight of items will be used to calculate the shipping charges.

Dear Shoppers, we thank our shopper who has pointed out that there was a missing item is picture 1 and picture 2.

We are sorry for the confusion. The “missing” item is the body butter – dancing waters. It is an item that was requested by a shopper in previous batch to order and combine into her order.

Reason being it is not being in the second picture “out of the boxes” is because we will match the item that are in the batch. The body butter is not in the same batch records. Thus it is not in the picture after we matched the items.

As we took the picture upon opening the box, and after sorting, we are so sorry for the confusion due to such special request by other shoppers to order items into batch. We have overlooked on this matter and will like to explain on the missing item. Please kindly note that we do the necessary splitting of the shipping charges among items ordered.
