Thank you for your kind patience and wait. We were waiting for the refunds for the shipping that was charged to ForeverSpree card and also to obtain the exchange rate to be reflected in our statements.
In February, when ForeverSpree placed the order for ELF Batch 6, the exchange rate (inclusive of bank admin and mastercard/visa charges) is 1.5334.
The package was confimed lost by march , and the claims from DHL dragged till towards the end of April. Following that is the claim from Borderlinx for refund for the shipping charges for ELF Batch 6 which we have paid to Borderlinx.
Exchange Rate LOSS
Please kindly note that the exchange rate for the refunds by DHL is 1.4972.
Meaning, through this transaction, there is a loss of 1.5334 – 1.4972 = 0.0362 in exchange rate
This is because the refunds are made pertaining to the US dollar amount. Thus, there is this loss in exchange rate.
Shoppers in ELF Batch 6, please kindly note that the exchange rate for any refunds will be @ 1.4838.
Please kindly understand that the loss of package by DHL Singapore is not within our control. We have claim the refunds for our shoppers. However, there is an exchange rate loss which will be bear by shoppers. We thank you for your kind understanding.
We will be contacting our shoppers regarding their choice of actions :
1. CANCEL Order and REFUND ( Exchange rate at 1.4838, Sum of initial shipping charges)
2. Move the purchase and order it in the latest ELF batch.
