For Batch 8, All of the items ordered are shoes. The shoes come in individual boxes. As a result, Go Jane packs all of the shoe boxes into 1 big box for shipment :

This resulted in high International Shipping Charges as the volumetric weight is used to calculate the shipping charges.

Dear shoppers, do kindly note that shipping charges for shoes (with shoe boxes) are usually much higher.

As Volumetric weight is not an issue for the merchant who uses Ground delivery to deliver the items to ForeverSpree US address, the merchant do not need to pack the items as compact as possible. However, for the items to be shipped internationally to Singapore, the higher of the 2 weights, Volumetric or actual weight of items will be used to calculate the shipping charges.

We have updated our system the batch shipping charges. Shoppers who have made their purchases in Go Jane Spree Batch 8 , please login to ForeverSpree to check out the second payment charges. For shoppers who have also ordered items from other merchants, the second payment will be computed when all items have arrived

Dear Shoppers, as the shipping charges is too high, it wouldn’t be fair for shoppers who have ordered expensive items. Thus, shipping charges for your purchases will be calculated by the number of items. Each pair of shoes will have a fair share of the shipping charges.
