For Batch 17, Aeropostale has packed the items in an over sized box as shown below :

This resulted in the hike in International Shipping Charges as the volumetric weight is used to calculate the shipping charges.
Please do kindly note that ForeverSpree has no control over the choice of boxes the merchants used to pack the items.

We need our shoppers kind understanding that this matter is not within our control and it is quite common in International Shopping. As Volumetric weight is not an issue for the merchant who uses Ground delivery to deliver the items to ForeverSpree US address, the merchant do not need to pack the items as compact as possible. However, for the items to be shipped internationally to Singapore, the higher of the 2 weights, Volumetric or actual weight of items will be used to calculate the shipping charges.

Meaning if A big box is used to ship a few apparels/items internationally, we end up paying more as the volumetric weight will be more than the actual weight of the items!!

So Shoppers, do kindly be aware that the shipping fees for Aeropostale Spree Batch 17 is higher than usual.

We have updated our system the batch shipping charges. Shoppers who have made their purchases in Aeropostale Spree Batch 17, please login to ForeverSpree to check out the second payment charges. For shoppers who have also ordered items from other merchants, the second payment will be computed when all items have arrived
