Good News!! =)

Finally, DHL has processed the claims and has issued the settlement check.

Borderlinx has contacted ForeverSpree notifying us that they have received the check. However, the check has to be passed on to the billing department for processing, to raise a refund. Thus, we still have to wait.

We thank our shoppers for their kind understanding and patience during this whole incident. It has been a bad experience with DHL, having the package lost right here in Singapore. We truly appreciate our shoppers understanding and having to endure this long wait together with us for the claims to be done by DHL and Borderlinx.

We will constantly probe Borderlinx for the refunds to be done asap.
