In Bath and Body Works Batch 7, one of the items was leaking in the box !!

When we open the package, the box is filled with the leaking content as shown in the picture below :

We found out that the bottle was not closed tight and thus it leaked during the international shipping. Please kindly understand that this matter is beyond ForeverSpree control. Thank you.
