Dear shoppers, Before we announce our Spree batches current updates, we will like to address on 1 topic that every shopper has in mind :

Average Spree Waiting Time

We understand that some of our shoppers are wondering why does it take so long for the items to reach your hands. So to clear your doubts, We will like to elaborate on the average time line of a spree, from start till completion. By completion, we mean that the items has reached our shoppers hands.

Phase 1 :

Shoppers begin to join the spree batch of merchant. The time needed will depend on the response of the shoppers towards the merchant. Active Spree batches takes about 1 week or less to reach its capped amount.

Phase 2 :

When the batch is about to reach or reached its capped amount, ForeverSpree will begin to consolidate the orders, checking for Out Of Stock (OOS) items. It is very common for items to be OOS as the inventory of the merchant is moving very fast. We encounter cases where in less than 24 hours from the time when the order is placed by shopper, the item becomes OOS.

Time will be needed to contact the affected Shoppers. We kindly urge serious shoppers to provide your contact number during registration. We have been trying to contact shoppers through email to no avail. No contact number is provided. Thus, orders may be left hanging.

The more time is taken to resolve OOS issues, the more chances of more items becoming OOS. Thus, we do limit the time in contacting shoppers regarding OOS issues. To help facilitate the ordering process, please kindly provide your contact number during registration. If you did not do so, you may edit your profile under “My Profile”, and input your contact number.

Phase 3 :

Once all orders are verified, ForeverSpree will then place the orders with the merchant. Please kindly note that at this point of time, the order has not been confimed. Thus, We DO NOT update the batch order date. For every order place with different merchants, each merchant require different amount of time to process the order. The estimated processing time will be 3-10 business days according to our experience. Please kindly note that business days do not include weekends.

Phase 4 :

Once the order is confirmed, ForeverSpree will then update the Batch Order Date. The items are then sent out from the merchants by the respective courier service. Please kindly note that the items are not shipped out once they are confirmed. There is time needed for the items to be dispatched to the courier service. The delivering time may range from 5-10 days or more.

Phase 5 :

Once the items arrived at ForeverSpree US address, time is needed to process the items for the courier service to charge the International shipping charges. On average, it takes around 3-5 days. After which, ForeverSpree will be prompted to make payment for the shipping charges.

Phase 6 :

The payment will be verified and then the items are shipped to Singapore. Time is also needed for the items to clear Singapore Customs and also dispatch to the carriers. Time needed may range from 3-8 days.

Phase 7 :

Once the items arrived at ForeverSpree, we will check the package and then update the actual batch shipping charges and the arrival date. Our system will compute the second payment for orders that are complete. Shoppers will be notified through email to make the second payment.

Phase 8 :

Once the second payment is verified, we will then mail / deliver the items to you. Please kindly note that we will consolidate items to mail out on Wednesday and Saturday. We will try to increase the number of mailing trips when possible. The items should then reach our shoppers 1-2 days after they are mailed out.

Through these phases, the time taken for a spree will be around 3-5 weeks. The time will be shorter for merchants that process faster, and the packages are process smoothly at the couriers. Please kindly understanding the time needed is beyond ForeverSpree control. We are unable to shorten the merchant processing time. Neither could we shorten the courier serivce processing and deliver timing.

ForeverSpree will do our best to order the spree batches as quickly as possible, make payments to merchants and courier service providers as quickly as possible and also sort out and package the items to be delivered to our shoppers when they arrive.

Shoppers who have participated in this batch, please kindly note that we have chosen Free International Shipping for the batch order. =) However, Benefit notify us that the order will arrive in November. This notification is after the order was placed and the amount has been charged to ForeverSpree Credit Card.

Please do not worry that about why you items have not arrived yet. Once the items arrived, we will update our system and compute the second payment. Since the international shipping is free, we will reflect the initial shipping charges as “REFUND” in the second payment details. It will then be used to offset other second payment charges. Any excess amount, we will contact shoppers to schedule a refund of the excess funds.
