Shoppers who have spree-ed in Old Navy Spree batch 4, please kindly note that Old Navy Shipped this order in 2 Shipments.
The items arrived in 2 boxes as shown below :
To make things worse, Old Navy packed the items in over sized boxes. This resulted in the hike in International Shipping Charges.
Do kindly note that ForeverSpree has no control over the choice of boxes the merchants used to pack the items.
We have emailed Old Navy on this matter. They just replied that they will forward the feedback to the concerned department for research.
We need our shoppers kind understanding that this matter is not within our control and it is quite common in International Shopping. As Volumetric weight is not an issue for the merchant who uses Ground delivery to deliver the items to ForeverSpree US address, the merchant do not need to pack the items as compact as possible. However, for the items to be shipped internationally to Singapore, the higher of the 2 weights, Volumetric or actual weight of items will be used to calculate the shipping charges.
Meaning if A big box is used to ship a few apparels/items internationally, we end up paying more as the volumetric weight will be more than the actual weight of the items!!
ForeverSpree has tried to request Old Navy to pack the items compactly since Old Navy Spree batch 1. However, they informed us that they are unable to fulfill the request as the items are packed by warehouse personnel etc.
So Shoppers, do kindly be aware that the shipping fees for Old Navy batch 4 is higher than usual. All due to doings of Old Navy.

For shoppers who have also ordered items from other merchants, the second payment will be computed when all items have arrived
