ForeverSpree regrets to inform all of you that We will be shutting down the spree of merchant : Forever 21. This decision is made after the following experience that we have with them.

What happen to Forever 21 Batch 1?

Our system records show that the batch was completed on 16 September 2008. However, due to OOS issues, we manage to consolidate the finalized orders and place an order with Forever 21 on 20th September 2008. This date is not reflected in the batch because ForeverSpree will only update the batch Order Date when the merchants have confirmed the order.

So shoppers who track their purchase, do not be alarmed that the batch order date is not updated even after the batch complete is updated. When you see an updated date for batch order date, that means that the order is
confirmed by the respective merchants.

From 20th September to 25 September 2008, ForeverSpree emailed Forever 21 at least 4 times regarding the order status. All mails were not replied. On 25 September 2008, an email from Forever21 stating that our Forever 21
batch 1 order is canceled. We were shocked by the mail and immediately tried to contact them through email for at least another 3 times. All were again left unreplied.

Although we have had successful orders with Forever 21 ( before ForeverSpree was founded ), we experienced serious discrepancy in their customer service support this time round. In order to safegurad all our shoppers’ interest, ForeverSpree is very selective with regards to our merchant listings. Therefore, we decided to review the merchant status of
Forever 21.

The Decision

After much thoughts, we have come to a conclusion to discontinue Forever21 Sprees in ForeverSpree.

The Reasons

1. Absence of adequate customer support – We foresee similar situations in the future whereby Forever 21 sprees on ForeverSpree will be jeopardized. As ForeverSpree’s mission is to create extraordinary service to delight our
customers, we want to avoid merchants that can potentially cause unhappiness and disappointment to our valued shoppers.

2. Due to the inconsistent customer support via email, the only way to contact Forever 21 whenever situations like this happens, we have to call them for clarification. As such, extra costs will be incurred and likely to pass on to our shoppers. In the long term, this would not be cost efficient for both shoppers and ForeverSpree.

What happens to shoppers who purchase items in Forever 21 Batch 1?

We have yet to see our credit card reflecting the amount deducted, so we do not know if ForeverSpree has been charged or not. Please give us some time to veify that we are not being charged by Forever21. Once we have verified, we will contact all shoppers involved and we will proceed with our refunds to shoppers.

What happens to shoppers who purchase items in Forever 21 Batch 2 and later batches?

Shoppers who have made payment will be contacted to proceed with the refunds of their payments. Those shoppers who have not made payment, PLEASE DO NOT DO SO. You will be contacted to inform of the cancelling of the Forever21 purchase.

We understand your Disappointment

This has been an unpleasant experience for both ForeverSpree and our shoppers. We understand that shoppers are disappointed for not being able to get the items that they want. But we kindly seek our shoppers understanding on this issue and our decision to terminate Forever21 sprees.

Please note that All other merchants such as Old Navy, Aerpostale, ELF, Benefit Cosmetics, Victoria’s Secret etc, will operate as NORMAL. Sprees will always be ongoing for all other merchants.
