ForeverSpree is currently in the phase of expanding our spree community in Singapore.

Currently, we have 144 registered shoppers and counting. We are hoping to gather spree enthusiast to come together and spree together. Although our sprees are progressing slowly at the moment, but orders are being placed every day. So please do not hestitate to join us. We do need your support, in order to achieve our goal of organizing endless Fast Sprees.

Why does shoppers need to register at ForeverSpree?

Registration with ForeverSpree is FREE !! By registering into our ForeverSpree web portal, you will be able to track your purchase easily, make use of our shopping cart to do payment calculation for your ordered items, order items from multiple merchants under 1 single transaction, participate in our shop-and-reward program and get email updates on sprees and merchants promotion.

Can I order from ForeverSpree if I did not register?

We only accept orders from registered shoppers. This is because need information of our shoppers to carry out the purchase and also to contact shoppers regarding the progress and status of the items ordered.

How long do I have to wait after ordering and making payments for my items?

Please be patient with our on going sprees for the moment. We sincerely seek for your kind understanding on this issue. We do hope that we can quickly order the items ordered. However, it depends on the online spree community activity. We understand that to have large amount of spree activity, we need a considerable number of spree shoppers. Thus, we are constantly seeking ways to reach out to spree shoppers to join us in our sprees.

Shoppers Referral Program

Shoppers who have friends or relatives that are involved in sprees are encouraged to refer them to spree with us. As a small token of appreciation for your kind act, we have established a referral program where we will credit 1 ForeverSpree reward point for every referred shopper. This reward point will be credited once the referred shoppers has ordered their first purchase with ForeverSpree.

Shop-and-Reward Program

Whenever you make a purchase, for every SGD 10 of the cost of items, you will be credited with 1 ForeverSpree Reward Point. Shipping and handling charges will not be included in the computation of the reward points.

What can I do with ForeverSpree Reward Points?

ForeverSpree Reward Points can be used to redeem reward code that can be used for 1 single purchase each. Rewards will be of monetary discount. If you used a reward code for a particular purchase, the discount amount will be reflected in your second payment and it will be used to offset your second payment charges.

ForeverSpree is constantly fine tuning our service so as to provide a better online shopping experience for our shoppers.

There are 3 issues that we will like to update you on. Its a bit lengthy, but please stay with us and read through to better understand ForeverSpree operations. Thank you.

Issue 1 :

Fluctuating exchange rates is indeed a headache for shoppers and organizers. As sprees may take a few days or even weeks for orders to be placed, the exchange rates are going up and down every single day !!

It will not be fair if you are paying for an exchange rate higher than the actual one being charged to the organizer. It will also not be fair for the Organizer to absorb the excess if the exchange rates goes up.

The Solution?

ForeverSpree has implemented an exchange rate close to the market rate. Your first payment for your purchase will be calculated using this exchange rate. However, we will only be charged by the credit card companies a few days after the order has been placed with the merchants. So what happens when the exchange rates goes up and down, from the day you make your payment till the day ForeverSpree is charged by the credit card companies?

We have included an extra factor in calculating your second payment – EXCHANGE RATE DIFFERENCE.

+ When the Exchange Rates DROP :

The excess that you have paid will reflected as a negative exchange rate difference. This amount will then be used to offset your Second Payment.

+ When the Exchange Rates RISE :

The additional amount will be reflected as a positive exchange rate difference. This amount will then be added to your Second Payment.

+ How will the exchange rate difference be calculated?

It will be based on the difference of the exchange rates used to calculate your first payment and the exchange rate that is actually being charged.

- Example 1 :

If your first payment is calculated based on the USD exchange rate of 1.46 for a purchase of USD50 item, you will have to pay 1.46 X 50 = SGD73

If ForeverSpree is being charged at an exchange rate of 1.42, you actual payment should have been 1.42 * 50 = SGD 71

Thus, in your second payment, a negative SGD 2 will be reflected and it will be used to offset your other Second payment charges.

- Example 2 :

If your first payment is calculated based on the USD exchange rate of 1.42 for a purchase of USD50 item, you will have to pay 1.42 X 50 = SGD71

If ForeverSpree is being charged at an exchange rate of 1.46, you actual payment should have been 1.46 * 50 = SGD 73

Thus, in your second payment, a positive SGD 2 will be reflected and it will be added together with your other Second payment charges.

In this way, you will be paying exactly for what you are buying. Every dollars count right? =)

Issue 2 :

The inventory of the merchants is out of ForeverSpree control. Whenever an order is placed, we will double check if the items are not Out Of Stock (OOS). However, there are cases when orders are placed with the merchants, and they get back to us telling us that certain items are OOS.

In such cases, we will highlight to the affected shoppers. The amount that has been transferred to ForeverSpree for the OOS item will be used to offset the Second Payment charges. It will be reflected as REFUND in the Second Payment details.

If the final Second Payment amount is negative, meaning that You have excess funds with ForeverSpree, we will notify you and schedule a refund soon.

Issue 3 :

We notice that Sprees batches are taking way too long to reach the batch capped amount.
We are reviewing our batch capped amount to enable sprees to be ordered faster. The reviewed batch capped amount will be based on the amount needed to qualify for US domestic (Local) delivery. Please note that not all merchants will have free US local delivery.

+ Why is there Free US Local Delivery?

When orders are placed with the merchants, the items usually have to be shipped to Oregon or Ohio depending on whether VPost or Borderlinx is chosen. After which they will be shipped to singapore. Both Shipping will incur fees. However, some merchants provides free US local shipping for orders over a certain amount (USD X).

To maximize savings, we will set the batch capped amount above that amount (USD X) respectively.

We hope that this way, items will be ordered quickly and shoppers get to have their items faster.
We will make the appropriate changes soon. Current batches will also take on these new batch capped amounts.
