We are very excited as Old Navy batch 2 has reached its capped amount. Despite the time taken is shorter compared to batch 1, there was still some waiting and a few items became Out Of Stock (OOS). We have notified our shoppers regarding this issue and we are waiting for their response.

Some Shoppers have responded to cancel the item, while some chose to replace the items.

To prevent any longer delay, we will order this batch by tomorrow and the OOS items will be removed from the purchases. The excess funds will be reflected as “REFUND” in the second Payment details of the respective shoppers. The funds will be used to offset the other second payment charges.

If possible, shoppers are encouraged to check their mails daily, or at least when they have joined any sprees. In this way, communication between shoppers and organizer will be better and decisions can be made quickly. Resulting in faster sprees too. =)

Batches that reach their capped amount may have payments that are incomplete by shoppers. For batches with payments that are not done, the batch will remain visible and the unpaid orders will appear red.

ForeverSpree constantly sends out email reminding shoppers of their payments. However, only some replied. We kindly request that shoppers do try to reply us so that the operations of ForeverSpree will be smooth. If shoppers decided not to continue with the order, please inform us of the cancellation of order. ForeverSpree will remove the order without confirmation as our last resort, if shoppers fail to reply us after many attempts.

For shoppers who have ordered and paid in current batch, if there exist an earlier batch that has unpaid payments by other shoppers, the orders in current batch may get promoted to earlier batches while the orders that are unpaid will get demoted to the current batch.

Example :

Batch 1 has an one unpaid order of USD 40 but in total, it has reach over its capped amount of USD 150. Thus, Batch 2 will be open to accept more orders.

If there are 2 orders in batch 2, USD 10 and USD 30 respectively, and both payment has been made, USD 10 order will get promoted first and the unpaid USD 40 order will get demoted to batch 2.

IF by promoting the USD 10 order, causes the batch 1 to reach its batch capped amount, batch 1 will then be complete.

However, IF by promoting the USD 10 order causes batch 1 not able to reach its batch Capped amount, the USD 30 order from batch 2 will also be promoted. And this goes on until batch 1 completes by reaching its capped amount.

Please note that only paid orders will get promoted and only unpaid orders will get demoted.

This system allows shoppers who have made payments quickly to faster get their items. And it also prevents the orders from shoppers who fail to respond to ForeverSpree mails, to affect the progress of the sprees.

The batch capped amount is set with 3 things taken into consideration.

1. US Free domestic Shipping

For the items to be shipped to Singapore using Borderlinx or VPOST, they have to be sent to the respective US address of the courier service. Some Merchants provides free US shipping for orders over a certain amount. Thus, shoppers can save up on local (US) shipping. However, some merchants do not provide such offers, and this shipping amount will be added into the shipping charges for the batch to be shipped to Singapore.

2. International Shipping

With more shoppers spreeing together, shipping charges will be shared among more shoppers. However, in order not to incur GST, the batch amount must also be set at an amount to be safe below the SGD 400 mark (inclusive of shipping charges)

3. Duration of Sprees batches

Having a higher batch Capped amount usually means a longer time for the batch to reach the capped amount. However, ForeverSpree understands that with a considerably large Singapore Online Shopping community, this will not pose a problem. However, at this moment, ForeverSpree is in its phase of expanding our community. Thus, to prevent shoppers for waiting too long, the batch amount cannot be set too high.

How ForeverSpree System works?

ForeverSpree automatically close the current batch once it has reached its capped limit and also open another batch instantly. The closed batch will be termed as ready batch. When all shoppers have made their payment, ForeverSpree will then proceed on to Order that batch.

What if new orders caused the batch to exceed its batch capped amount?

The batch will still close, with the new order being recorderd. ForeverSpree will then check to see if the batch amount is still within the safe limit for not incurring GST. If the batch amount is within the safe limit, ForeverSpree will proceed to order the batch items. However, if the batch amount is prone to GST charges, ForeverSpree will contact the shopper to discuss on this issue. If necessary, that order will be placed in the next batch.

Example :

Old Navy batch with US $0.23 more to go to meet its USD 150 batch Capped amount.

If your order is USD 40, this will cause the batch amount to be USD 189.77. This amount will be deemed by ForeverSpree to be within the safe limit. Thus, the ordering of batch items will proceed as normal.

If you order is USD 100, this will cause the batch amount to be USD 249.77, This amount will be deemed by ForeverSpree as proned to incur GST charges. We will then contact the respective shoppers to discuss on this issue.

In other Words,

Shoppers need not worry about bursting of batch capped amount. Just order what you want and ForeverSpree will handle all issues and contact shoppers if necessary.
